In an increasingly conceptual abstract, where the sign becomes language (in this it joins the research carried out in his time by Joan Miró), Moulay Youssef Elkahfai asserts himself as timeless, taking over from the great thinkers of abstraction. But we must not forget his work as a colorist in the 80s that two magnificent wood engravings illustrate here.
